Educational Courses
If I have already registered for the Annual Meeting, how do I add on the Educational Courses?
Please email us at info@humanbrainmapping.org and we can add the courses onto your registration.
Do I need to pay per Educational Course or pre-register for the courses?
No, the Educational Courses are a one-time registration fee. There is no pre-registration required for individual courses. Educational Course attendees are able to freely attend any of the sessions offered on Tuesday, June 24.

Who qualifies for Developing Country Reduced Registration and how does one apply?
OHBM provides an opportunity for current members who reside and work in countries ranking low on the UNESCO Institute of Statistics and World Bank List of Low and Lower-Middle Income Countries (based on gross national income per capita) to apply for reduced registration rates (a 50% discount on the Annual Meeting registration fees) for the OHBM Annual Meeting. Who is considered a Student Member?
A student member is a full-time student working towards a graduate degree (MS, PhD, or MD degree) or an individual who has completed such a degree less than 4 years ago.

Will OHBM be offering refunds?
No, OHBM will not be offering refunds under any circumstance. This includes registration cancellations due to visa issues.
