When is the OHBM Annual Meeting?
OHBM 2024 will take place in Seoul, Korea from June 23 - June 27, 2024, at the COEX.


Will Educational Courses be offered in 2024?
Yes, both full-day and half-day Educational Courses will take place on Sunday, June 23, 2024 starting at 8:00am at the COEX. Registration for Educational Courses is separate from Annual Meeting registration.


How do I add Educational Courses if I already registered for the Annual Meeting?
If you log into your membership profile on the homepage, click on "Profile" then go to the Activities tab and click the button to edit (looks like a pencil) next to the item for your registration transaction; this will let you edit what you are registered for and pay the difference online. Please contact info@humanbrainmapping.org with any questions.


When can I register for the Annual Meeting?
Registration for OHBM 2024 is now open! Please use this link to register. Registration closes at the end of the Annual Meeting on June 27th, 2024.

Who qualifies for Developing Country Reduced Registration and how does one apply?
OHBM provides an opportunity for current members who reside and work in countries ranking low on the UNESCO Institute of Statistics and World Bank List of Low and Lower-Middle Income Countries (based on gross national income per capita) to apply for reduced registration rates (a 50% discount on the Annual Meeting registration fees) for the OHBM Annual Meeting. Will OHBM be offering a caregiver grant?
The deadline to apply for a caregiver grant has closed for OHBM 2024.


How do I process payment for registration?
Payment by credit card online is the fastest and easiest way to register. If you wish to pay with a wire or check, please contact info@humanbrainmapping.org to request an OHBM invoice.


Who is considered a Student Member?
A student member is a full-time student working towards a graduate degree (MS, PhD, or MD degree) or an individual who has completed such a degree less than 4 years ago.


Will meals be provided at the OHBM 2024 Annual Meeting?
Generally speaking, meals are not provided at the Annual Meeting. Food will be provided for purchase throughout the COEX.


Will OHBM be offering refunds?
No, OHBM will not be offering refunds under any circumstance. This includes registration cancellations due to visa issues.


Will OHBM provide lodging/hotel information for attendees?
OHBM has reserved hotel room blocks that can be reserved on our Accommodations webpage. All meeting attendees will be responsible for securing hotel or lodging for themselves and their guests.


Will OHBM be offering flight discounts?

Yes, OHBM is offering exclusive airline deals courtesy of Delta Air Lines and United Airlines. For information on reservations and eligibility, please refer to our Air Travel webpage. How do I substitute a presenter for my abstract poster?

You can substitute a presenter on your abstract poster with our Substitute Presenter Request Form.


Will I need a VISA to attend the meeting in Seoul, Korea?
Most people need a visa or an Electronic Travel Authorization (K-ETA) to travel to Seoul - not both. Some people may only need their valid passport. For further information about a K-ETA, please go here. If you need a visa, please contact your local Republic of Korea embassy.
